Nigeria: The smell of 'Badluck' Waiting for Goodluck.

Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan may be not able to sleep soundly. The reason, several hours after his inauguration, a bomb exploded in a market that is located inside a military barracks in the northern city of Bauchi.

According to AFP news on Monday ( 5/30/2011 ), 10 people died in the incident. Then, 20 people were wounded.

Until now, still not clear who is responsible for the actions of these attacks. Police Officer in Bauchi, Indabawa Abdulkadir, said the explosion came from a bomb that is prepared with locally made device.

Furthermore, Indabawa said, when the incident the victims generally were relaxing on the market. " There are many people in the market because it was Sunday, at 08.00 usually people were relaxing, " said Indabawa.

The military said all the victims in such bombings are civilians who were visiting the market. " All victims were civilians, " said Brigadier General Agbo Robinson.

Civilians are allowed to come to market which is located in military barracks. Earlier, hundreds of people were killed in the violence that struck Nigeria at the end of last month after Jonathan was announced as the winner in presidential elections in the country.
