Isabel Granada is a Filipina actress and singer. As an actress, she made her first appearance in the TV series Villa Quintana, which broadcasted on GMA-7 Network. The 35-year-old star's career started after auditioning for That’s Entertainment in 1986, where she became a member of the Tuesday group. She recorded an album with songs like “Crush Na Crush Kita” (You are Really My Crush) and “Di Na Bale” (Never Mind).
Her latest television appearance was last year in the TV series of GMA entitled 'Claudine,' where she played as Laika Garcia. She was rumored to have passed away due to ovarian cancer last April 13, 2011. But it was not true. In 2006, Granada had her right ovary removed due to a cyst. Two years ago, she had two more cysts removed from her left ovary. In interviews after the operation, Granada said she was "okay."
