***NOTE from author: I agree the girl had anger problems, but kids hunt, fish, and have their own weapons in my part of the world. This happened in the state of Washington. There are a lot of bow hunters here. I have a bear and 2 deer decoys at 20, 30, and 40 yards in my backyard.
All of our children have shot a bow. It is very beautiful in my state with lots of towering Douglas fir trees, deer, bear, salmon -- many men and women wear jeans often with hiking boots, etc.
It is a very unique culture from when I lived in San Diego, CA. The USA, from state to state can be very different depending on the weather, etc. We are the state where Starbucks coffee started, lots of people drink coffee to stay warm.
So, us in WA, aren't surprised about the bow being available, but the behavior was out-of-control.
