The Supreme Court has just passed a law that upholds an immigration policy that punishes businesses that hire illegal immigrants.

The report that has come from Washington DC shows that the Supreme Court is behind the decision to punish different companies that hire illegal immigrants.

THis has come from the states of Arizona which has been behind the controversial policy of making the police have more power when seeing who is illegal and who is not based on how they look rather than their actions.

Many people believe the past law would have the police and many people with power discrimination against normal people that are walking down the street for no reason.

This they call is border line racial discrimination that allows too much power to be held in the hands of the executive power.

The new law which will punish companies for knowingly hiring illegal immigrants is from the highest law in the land and not just the domestic law of Arizona.

How does the executive power know which businesses are hiring illegal immigrants and which are not.

This has been yet again one of the major controversial points of the new law that has been passed.

In recent times the infamous Sheriff Arpaio has been raiding random businesses and searching the employees of whom are believed to be illegal workers in the companies they raid.

This has led to huge companies such as PF Chang, and Taco Bell on the ropes with many employees said to have been illegal.

What is going to be the punishment and is the finding of illegal workers discrimination or not? These are the most pressing questions to be asked at the moment.
