Los Angele: Actress Estella Warren, who featured in films like "Driven" and "Planet of the Apes", has been arrested here after allegedly crashing her car, kicking a cop and escaping from police custody.
The 32-year-old was under arrest late on Monday night, crash that led to her allegedly assaulting a police officer then trying to flee from custody, officials said.
She has allegedly been charged with a number of offences including felony escape, assault, hit and run and DUI. Bail has been set at USD 101,000.
She was Canadian actress and former model and synchronized swimmer. The department's records have also indicated that the actress is 40 years old, not 32 as other reports have said
Warren was named Maxim Magazine’s Hottest woman in 2000, and she has appeared in TV shows such as That ’70s Show and Law & Order.
I suppose "Planet of the Apes" will be on YouTube for awhile longer before it ends up on network TV. After midnight, stuff sure does happen to the most unlikely folks, esp. in L.A.
I actually think the worst part about all this is her age. She claimed she was born in 1978 and is 32. The arrest information said she was 40 meaning she was born in 1970. That is the most damaging part of this because at 32 she is "hireable" as a model - at 40 she is not. Her career is more damaged because of her age not what she did in the car.
