Josh Ferrin who had just bought the new house , was exploring the new house and then he made the discovery.

" I cried and called my wife that she wouldn't believe that what I had found" said Ferrin who work as an artist in a news agency.

He, his wife and children spread the bundles of note on the table and started counting. It was a sum of $40,000.

As Ferrin was in need of money to pay certain bills and to replace his broken car, but he searched out the children of previous owner of the house who was died, and gave that money to children.

He said that nobody is perfect and even I am also not. I gave the money back that doesn't mean that I didn't think of my car and my needs but I know that it was not mine. I tried to be honest and this is the lesson which I want to teach my children.
