Last night as the surviving members of went on stage again for the first time in thirty years the crowd went delerious.
David Gilmour played a solo as Walters had promised but said that it was a one off and the legendary drummer was there too but the original keyboardist was missing having left the planet in 2008.
The last time Gilmour and Waters played together was was in the Live 8 Show in London six years ago.
Waters has six more gigs to play at O2 Arena before the tour moves on to Manchester Men Arena on May the 20th and May the 21st
He is billing his European tour as The Wall Live based on The Floyd's 1980-81 tour of their 1971 album The Wall.
