Egypt's Prosecutor General Abdel Maguid Mahmoud has ordered the transfer of former President Hosni Mubarak to a military hospital, until Tora prison hospital is ready to receive him. Mubarak, who is currently being treated at a hospital in the Red Sea resort Sharm el-Sheikh, is expected to be moved to the military-run International Medical Center near Cairo on Tuesday. Mubarak was hospitalized on April 12 after he suffered a heart attack during questioning by prosecutors. His health breakdown came one day before the country's top prosecutor ordered his detention, along with his two sons in connection to the deadly crackdown on protestors and corruption. Egypt's Prosecutor General decided on Friday to renew the detention of Mubarak for another 15 days. Mubarak reportedly sent a request to the ruling Supreme Council of the Armed Forces to allow him to stay in Sharm el-Sheikh, but his petition was refused.
