Disgraced nuclear scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan has said: plans to divide and limit Pakistan to Punjab alone have been completed. He said a few years back a US think tank reported that by 2015 Pakistan will break up. In the past other had suggested that Pakistan will break up in 25 years and in the 26th year Pakistan lost in Eastern wing. He said Pujab has no issue with what is going on and there is no dearth of sell-outs who would willingly follow order, cooperate and destroy Pakistan's nuclear weapons. Thee are some, who would loved to see India occupy Lahore and give them mayorship of the City. He, however, concluded that conspiricies against Pakistan would not succeed
