Libyan State Television Says Eastern Oil Town Of Brega 'Purged' Of Rebels

AJDABIYA:

Regime forces bombarded rebels west of Ajdabiya again. Forcing hundreds of residents and some fighters to flee the key crossroads town. As a refugee rescue operation in the besieged city of Misrata loomed.

Qadhafi’s forces entred the city, they bombed the western areas. The sound of the guns are coming closer, that’s why many peoples are leaving.

Salim Mufta,said Omar a 27-year-old resident rebel supporter who has not taken up arms.
