According to Yahoo! news Philippines, ABS CBN actor AJ Perez declared dead at 12:20AM today (Sunday) April 17. Aj Perez or Antonello Joseph Sarte Perez in real life, cause of his death was “multiple head injuries,” which he sustained after his car got hit by a bus and a truck in Paniqui, Tarlac, report says.

Young actor AJ Perez along with his group was doing a show in Dagupan, Pangasinan to celebrate its annual Bangus Festival. AJ Perez’s last post to his Twitter account says:

“On the way home already from Dagupan.Long drive ahead.. Thanks to everybody who watched…” Read here.

AJ Perez was regularly appears in ABSCBSN’s Sunday variety show ASAP and also lead cast of the afternoon TV series Sabel along with Jessy Mendiola as Sabel and Diether Ocampo. AJ Perez is set to lead an episode of ABS CBN’s Maalaala Mo Kaya this April 30.
