Starting Holy Thursday, motorists are free to use their own vehicle just like Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced that no number coding implemented on those dates.
MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said that four-day suspension of the UVVRP is allowing the public to make their plans ahead and provide motorists-private or public- unhampered mobile while heading to their respective provinces for the holy week vacation.
“We’re also expecting the public transport terminals will have their handful accommodating thousands of commuters. By allowing the public to freely use their vehicles, this will help lessen the stain on them,” Tolentino said.
They also advised the motorists to use alternative routes.
To north of Luzon take C-5 road to Quezon Memorial Circle then right to Visayas Ave., then let to Congressional Ave., then right to Mindanao Ave., then take the Mindanao(NLEX) link to destinations.
If you are going to Rizal Province take Bicutan interchange to Dr. A Santos Ave., going to C-6 to destination.
For those who are going province especially in Cavite take the South Luzon Superhighway to South Station Exit then straight ahead to Daang Hari to destination.
What about those who are going to Tagaytay can take the Sta Rosa Exit or Greenfield Exit.
