Israeli air strike kills Hamas commander, 2 bodyguards

Hamas commander dies - Abu Zakaria al-Jamal

Three people including a Hamas commander were killed in a strike launched by the Israeli forces.

An Israeli air strike on a vehicle on Ikilled a Hamas commander in the southern Gaza Strip and two of his bodyguards, Palestinian medics said.

According to Israeli source, Israel had no immediate comment on the attack which rose to 17 the number of Palestinians killed in retaliatory strikes

since a rocket fired from the Hamas-ruled territory struck an Israeli school bus on Thursday seriously wounding a teenager.
