
Sian O'Callaghan,who went missing after a night out at Suju club in Swindon on saturday has still not been found.Police and 400 volunteers scoured Savernake forest 12 miles away from the club,where her mobile phone was last used,with no trace of her.The search continues today,but Det Supt Steve Fulcher,in charge of the search has said"I believe we are getting very close to identifying Sian's whereabouts.We have significant lines of inquiry I am pursuing.We are at a vital stage of the inquiry and I am optimistic we will have key developments within the next 12 to 24 hours." Police believe that Sian may have accepted a lift after leaving the club,from a stranger or perhaps someone she knew.Sian's family,friends,and the police and volunteers are just hoping that they will find her alive.
