Splitting from Tiger Woods may have not been that painful, as the divorced wife, Elin Nordegren, got $100 million after the divorce. The latest news about Elin Nordegren is that she has bought one of the world’s most exclusive properties in North Palm Beach for $12.2 million.

The mansion she is now living in is called the Seminole Landing, a beach mansion.

The Huffington Post reports declare that it’s a 17000 square foot two story house, with eight luxury bedrooms, 4700 square foot basement. More interestingly, the house is situated near to the Tiger Woods' current house.

According to reports, Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are of the view that close proximity houses will help them raise their children with proper love and care.
