An American arrested for Scam tickets beatification of Pope John Paul II.

Italian police in Campagnano, not far from Rome, an American arrested online tickets sold for the beatification of Pope John Paul II.

He asked 166 euro for a ticket, although the ceremony on May 1 in St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican free and accessible without a ticket. That the newspaper Corriere della Sera reported Friday.

The man traded the tickets through the website vatican city tours, which is registered in the United States.

Police found the man in the house including free tickets for the general audience of the Pope, 11 USB sticks and fifteen computers. In its vault, the man had 21 guns hidden.

The American is known to the police. He has previously occurred as a tour guide in Rome, though he was not licensed.
