Yeng Constantino ruled MYX Music Awards 2011

MANILA, Philippines - The first Philippine Dream Academy (PDA) grand winner Yeng Constantino, 22-year old singer, was a big winner at the annual MYX Music Awards (MMA) 2011, held at the Music Museum in Greenhills, San Juan, Tuesday night, March 15.

She bagged a total of 6 major awards out of 7 nominations. She was named this year's Favorite Artist, Favorite MYX celebrity VJ, and Favorite Female Artist. Her music video "Jeepney Love Story" was hailed Favorite Song and Favorite Music Video. The song "Kung Wala na Nga" with rock band 6cyclemind and Kean Cipriano was named Favorite Collaboration.

The PDA grand winner was very thankful to all her fans and supports for their unfailing support to her.

Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid gained a special citation award for her commendable contributions in the music business for more than 25 years.

Other winners include: Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars for Favorite International Video, Sandwich for Favorite Artist, Gloc-9 for Favorite Male Artist, Parokya Ni Edgar for Favorite Group, I Remember the Girl by Christian Bautista for Favorite Mellow Video, Beautiful Girl by Christian Bautista for Favorite Remake.
