The families of the shooting victims have agreed to a political pardon of Davis based upon the monetary compensation settlement!

Raymond Davis have said that he shot the two men in self defense as they were trying to rob him!

The case has strained U.S, Pakistan ties...the countries alliance is considered to be key to ending the Afghan war!
