2011 NCAA Bracket Predictions: The Obama Bracket Update

President Obama leads the Americans in most issues they are facing but most importantly the filling out the NCAA tournament bracket. As long time basketball fanatic, the President does it every year and filling the 2011 NCAA Bracket is no exception.
