2011 NCAA 'First Four' Schedule: Date, TV time, and tickets

The 2011 NCAA Bracket Selections were annonced yesterday, Sunday, and looks like the NCAA basketball tournament committee change the television broadcast landscape for the millions of greedy college basketball fans. The 2011 NCAA Basketball championship will tip off with four first-round games, all broadcast nationally in primetime on Turner Broadcasting’s truTV.

All the games are in Dayton Arena in Dayton, Ohio and on TruTV.

Tuesday, March 15th: 6:30 PM ET/3:30 PM PT

UNC Asheville vs University of Arkansas Little Rock - The winner takes on the Pittsburgh Panthers on Thursday.

Tuesday, March 15th: 9 PM ET/6 PM PT.

UAB vs Clemson - The winner takes on the West Virginia Mountaineers on Thursday.

Wednesday March 16, 2011 - 6:40 ET pm

UT-San Antonio vs Alabama St. - truTV

Wednesday March 16, 2011 - 9:10 pm ET

USC vs VCU - truTV

TruTV channel on Direct TV is Channel 246-1 HD (NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament coverage only). On Dish Network is Channel 204 or you can check your local TV listings.

Tickets for NCAA first four are available online or on Daayton Arena site at $58.50 each. UNC Asheville's NCAA tournament game vs. Arkansas-Little Rock and the 9 p.m. game, Clemson vs. Alabama-Birmingham. 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in Dayton, Ohio,

The two 2011 NCAA First Four winners will advance to what is now known as the second round. The NCAA Second round schedule start times for these games on March 17 and 18 are as follows:

12 noon (CBS),

12:30 p.m. (truTV),

1:30 p.m. (TBS)

2 p.m. (TNT).

The second set of 2011 NCAA basketball games begin at

2:30 p.m. (CBS),

3 p.m. (truTV),

4 p.m. (TBS)

4:30 p.m. (TNT).
