My manning at one of the posh malls in Manila yesterday was a downhill experience for me. I wasn't able to speak with any potential and interested investor.

Today, I had to drag myself to another manning at the same mall because of two things: 1) I'm cynical about that booth and 2) My dad is sick. He's been sick since Friday and I'm not too eager to leave him home alone.

I realize that God works in mysterious ways. Although I had to leave my dad home alone sick, He made my stay in the booth a little rewarding.

It's the weekend and it's expected to have tons of people in the mall but I surely didn't really have to work hard to meet interested investors today! I got four people give me their cards and asked me to contact them for more details on properties.

Sure, four interested investors isn't an epic number to brag about in the real estate industry but considering all the factors surrounding this day - I'd say, it's just about right! :o)
