Spring is here and with that is the time to move our clocks forward to adjust with the daylight saving time 2011

The whole of America will be moving its clock forward by one hour as it is time to adjust your clocks according to the daylight savings time.

The daylight savings time will be in effect this Sunday, the 13th of March, 2011. Everyone is advised to turn their clocks forward by one hour at exactly 2 a.m. on the 13th of March, 2011.

When clocks are moved forward during the daylight saving time change in spring, a lot of stress is caused amongst people as they lose one hour of sleep. According to one survey, there are more accidents and fights during this time as people remain sleep-deprived and agitated.

Many people question the validity of daylight savings time and whether it actually helps in saving energy.
