Fire after quake and tsunami

Japanese authorities concerned plants may burst and cause a catastrophic event which could be more devastating than the tsunami and earthquake.

Pressure building up must be released into the atmosphere. 1000 times more radiation in the air than normal.

Japanese authorities are now venting radioactive steam into the air after the earthquake on Friday critically damaged a nuclear power reactor plant at Fukushima Daiichi.

People are being evacuated in the area.

8.8-8.9 quake declared worst earthquake in Japan's history.

Cnn I-reporter says he is feeling aftershocks every 5 minutes or so and has not slept in 30 hours because he is unable to relax. He said, "I have no way to get food."
