My Google Doodle Collection

Today, the 6th of March, is the birthday of highly praised graphic artist and comic writer, Will Eisner, and Google is paying tribute to the legend in a stylish manner. With an innovative Google Doodle for Will Eisner on their homepage, the search giant is celebrating the 94th birthday of the great artist.

Will Eisner, who is known as the most important contributor for the new dimension to cartooning in the United States, is being remembered by Google with a Doodle that is showcasing images of his praiseworthy works.

The latest Google Doodle is most prominently focused on Will Eisner's comic series "The Spirit", with the character's two-masked eyes comprising the double Os of the Google logo.

The attractive Google Doodle featuring Will Eisner's creations is only appearing in selected countries, which include Australia, Bulgaria, Hong Kong, Israel, Romania, Russia, and Taiwan.

The Google Doodle in the honor of Will Eisner is especially designed by comic artist Scott McCloud, who also offered his thoughts on the legendary Eisner in a Google blog post.
