Japanese war re-enactors carry out execution of a melon.

Crimes like kidnapping for ransom, parricide, murder, rape, human trafficking, terrorism and other major offenses have been rapidly committed by those heartless and cold-blooded criminals. People who commit this kind of felony continue to broaden their evil activities. If this cannot be controlled the society will be filled with chaos and evil.

One of a direct solution for those individual susceptible to commit a heinous criminal act is capital punishment, and if it abolished many victims would not get a true justice. Death sentence is just appropriate and reasonable for those people whose behavior is perilous to other person, so that we can prevent the loss of another innocent life.

It is in this notion that death sentencing should not be abolished and here is a few of the many reasons that capital punishment should continue to exist.

Crime deterrent - it is a deterrent of crime in the sense that a bandit who are planning to do an illegal act would think twice before he commits it. No wonder that it discourages criminals to perpetrate any wrong doing because they know of the consequences of their actions. It will also precondition the mind of the possible offender that whatever monstrous misdeed they have to do there is always an equivalent amount of punishment.

Fair justice - if you took the lives of other people, then it is just logical that you have to pay it with your life. Killing an innocent individual is a clear violation to the law of the land. It's just fair and practical that a certain criminal who commits a serious offense will be exterminated. There is no exemptions, if you violate the law by killing any person, then you also have no authority to exercise your rights. Equal justice for both victim and perpetrator of the crime should be served without any favor.

Capital punishment must stay as one of the major penalty for those hardcore offenders and whose behavior is incurable. A person who commits a barbaric felony must be incarcerated at once so that other offenders would reflect the consequences of their actions.

Death sentence is fitting for people who commit grave evil doing so that the life of other individual will not be placed in imminent danger. Every human deserves respect in the highest and no one is authorized to violate it. We admire and value life more than ever but for those people who mercilessly kill an innocent man has no reason to exist or live.
