Plus 1986 Photo Collections) Friday, February 25, 2011- Today morning, Philippine President Benigno Aquino III led officials and key players of the 1986 EDSA People Power revolution for the opening celebration of 25th anniversary of the bloodless revolt. The president led EDSA's main characters in releasing into the air a balloon arrangement forming a Philippine flag. Plus amazing photographs collections of the GMA News Online photo editor and the president of the professional organization Press Photographers of the Philippines, Mr. Joe Galvez. From 1986 scenes, major players Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile and Former president Fidel V. Ramos to rebels and loyalist soldiers to the prayerful mass street demontrations held at the corner of EDSA and Ortigas. He scanned his surviving black and white negatives from 1986 historic period in time for the 25th EDSA anniversary. See pics!!!
