A new beginning for BJP and JMM in Jharkhand

The Chief of Jharkhand Dishom Party and former MP ,Salkhan Murmu has sought an approval from the Governor of Jharkhand to prosecute the chief minister , Arjun Munda.He alleged that the chief minister and the ministers had taken oath under schedule of the constitution to enforce the law of chhotanagpur tenancy act in the state. He alleged that in spite of belonging to Tamaria caste he had contested from reserved seat (scheduled caste/scheduled tribe) of Kharsawan producing a different caste certificate. The leader has demanded to lodge a civil and criminal case against Arjun Munda otherwise to set a commission of enquiry in the matter.
