Breaking News :- Dramatic Turn In Arushi Murder Case . Her Parents Named Accused .

The Arushi murder case of Noida , a sattelite town of the national capital

took a dramatic turn when the Special CBI Court in Ghaziabad today

converted the closer report of the CBI into a chargesheet . After taking

cognisance of the CBI report declared , Dr . Rajesh Talwar and his wife ,

Nupur Talwar to face trial as the main accused in the case . The Public

Prosecutor confirmed that the trial would begin in the trial would begin

in the case from 28th feb. where both , Dr . Rajesh Talwar and Nupur

Talwar would be summoned to face trial as the accused in the case .

The CBI had requested the court to close the case as it did not have

sufficient evidence in the case . CBI had made Arushi!s parents as

the prime suspects in the matter on the basis of circumstantial

evidence . The special court declared that there was enough evidence

against the parents of Arushi to be tried as the main accused in the

murder of Arushi and their servant Hem Raj .

This is a big blow for the Talwar couple and they were not available

for comments . They have the options to face trial as accused in the case

or they may challenge the decision of the special CBI court .

The CBI is expected to gather more evidence in the matter to get the

accused convicted . The CBI may again arrest the couple for its

investigations .
