A massive fire has completely burnt down the Ikea furniture store building and the merchandise. It has been reported that the IKEA's furniture store, for Israeli flagship in Netanya turned up into total destruction on Saturday morning, after huge blaze attacked the building.
The large Swedish Ikea furniture store near Poleg junction became the victim of fire early on Saturday, while no casualties have been reported after the incident.
The Fire and Rescue Service has sent the help of about 40 vehicles and 70 fighters, who continued to put up the flames that were blazing on Ikea furniture building since the early hours of the morning.
Due to the enormous fire blazes roof of Ikea furniture building in Netanya, the roof collapsed and entire inventory reportedly was set to fire, however, no people were reportedly present in the Ikea furniture building when fire erupted.
Police have blocked the roads leading to the Ikea furniture store and an investigation has already been set up to determine the cause of the tragic incident, though one possibility of the massive fire is an electrical fault.
The Israeli director of the international Ikea furniture's chain Avi Gabai and other officials arrived at the scene of incident to estimate the damages, which will take months to repair.
