Millions of pilgrims have been destined on foot for the Holy Shrine of the Third Infallible Imam of the Prophet of Islam, Mohammad (PBUH) Household, Imam Hussein (AS), to mourn the Arba'in, which marks the 40th day after the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS).

According to the Deputy Governor General of Najaf, Razaaq Mohsen Sharif, more than seven million Iraqi and non-Iraqi pilgrims have been destined on foot for the holy city of Karbala, from the holy city of Najaf, and other Iraqi cities.
