Russian Prime Ministeris constructing a $ 1 billion castle in the Black Sea resort of Sochi, paid for with money donated by Russian businessmen, Vedomosti said, quoting Sergey Kolesnikov, a St. Petersburg entrepreneur.
Kolesnikov last week directed an open letter to Presidentnaming him to research the affair, Vedomosti told.
Putins spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, dropped the report attributing the place to Putin, in respect to Vedomosti.
