Coca-Cola claims in its advert for Vitamin Water that the drink is delicious as well as nutritious. However the advertising watchdog, Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) wouldn't buy into the "delicious" claim.

ASA has ruled the Vitamin Water advert "misleading" and ordered a ban on the same. Its claim: A "nutritious" drink cannot be expected to contain added sugar to the extent of five teaspoons.

Coca-Cola says it is "disappointed" by the ruling stating that each of its 500ml Vitamin Water bottle contains 23g of sugar which is a "significantly lower amount" as opposed to over 30g as claimed by ASA.
