Prosecutors are investigating Berlusconi's relationship with the dancer

Milan prosecutor's office confirmed that the investigation by the Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi on suspicion of abuse of power and involvement in prostitution with minors. In the published statement, the prosecutors said that in the name of Berlusconi and his lawyers have already written agenda with an invitation for an interview. Currently, the Milan law enforcement agencies conducted searches related to this scandalous affair.

This is a minor, a Moroccan, known as Ruby, who worked as a dancer in a nightclub and, in his own words, at the age of 17 years, attended private parties in the residence of the Italian prime minister.

In addition, the prosecutor checks involved whether Berlusconi to release the girl from the police after she was arrested on charges of theft. A few months ago when this story first appeared in the Italian media, Mr Berlusconi has rejected accusations of any wrongdoing on his part and said that only helped a man in distress. The girl, in turn, does not recognize that she had sex with a 74-year old Italian prime minister, however, told reporters that she received 7,000 euros as a reward after attending a party at the residence of Mr Berlusconi at Milan. According to her, to get to the party for the premiere, she lied that she was already 18 years old, although at the time she was only 17. Lawyers for Italian Prime Minister has already stated that the charges against him "absurd and groundless."In a joint statement, attorneys Berlusconi and Nicolo Hedin Piero Longo called the investigation "very serious invasion of privacy premiere. Suspicions as verified by the investigators, in their opinion, "has already been refuted by all the witnesses and people who have direct relevance to the case." A day earlier the Italian Constitutional Court has decided to significantly weaken the law protecting Berlusconi from prosecution. This was done in consideration of the other two cases in Milan, figurant which is also the Italian prime minister.
