BRISBANE, Australia - Although floods in Australia have barely subsided, residents who have evacuated still couldn't go back to their homes.
According to the officials, just a few days more before those who were affected by severe flooding, could return back to their homes.
As of today, it had already reached to 25 deaths from Queensland state, which was mostly affected by the calamity.
Meanwhile, tennis superstars worldwide will meet in the upcoming week for a special exhibition in Melbourne, Australia.
This aims to raise funds for the flood victims.
The said fund-raising campaign which will be participated by prominent tennis players have been called as the Rally for Relief.
This was organized by an Australian player Pat Rafter, who grew up in Queensland and Sam Stosur.
Among those who will be participating to raise funds for the flood victims are;, , Kim Klijsters, and Novak Djokovik.
The international tennis fraternity got shocked of the flood which have devastated Queensland today.
According to Federer, he even wanted to make a few things to help the affected citizens while Rafael Nadal have also announced that he was happy to become an instrument to reach out in the international community of the status of Australia and extends his help.
