A month after the demise of Elizabeth Edwards, her husband and the former presidential candidate, John Edwards decided to get engaged to Rielle Hunter, a videographer with whom he had admitted having an extramarital affair and fathering a child.
As printed by the National Enquirer, the ex-North Carolina senator, John Edwards proposed to his longtime mistress, Rielle Hunter, three weeks after burying his wife, Elizabeth Edwards, who passed away after losing a battle with cancer.
National Enquirer was the first one to report the affair between John Edwards and Rielle Hunter.
In 2009, John Edwards started dating Rielle Hunter when she was hired to produce web videos for Edwards’ 2008 presidential campaign. Initially, Edwards strongly denied, but later during the year, confessed the relationship.
Also, according to the magazine, Edwards has lately introduced Hunter to his three children hoping that they will make a great family in future.
