New Delhi police has revealed an afflicting fact about rape and sexual molestation.According to New Delhi police there is a rape in every 18 hours in New Delhi,India,oneindia news reported on Friday,07 January 2011.It is reported that the most attackers are below the age of 25 years.

It's a very painful statistic that in the capital of India the women are not safe and in every 18 hours someone can be raped and sexually molested.When asked from Delhi Police Commissioner Brijesh Kumar he said that the ratio of rape cases is increasing every year and there are chances that the crime graph will increase in 2011.

According to media sources there were 459 rape cases on the record in New Delhi in 2009.The figure of 459 jumped to 489 in 2011,so there are chances that the graph of rape cases will increase in 2011.For further details click here.
