Devo sues McDonald's
Good old Jerry Casale and Devo are sueing McDonald's over their kids toy 'New Wave Nigel' which sports a clear rip off of Devo's trade mark energy dome hat.
"They didn't ask us anything. Plus, we don't like McDonald's, and we don't like American Idol, so we're doubly offended." says Jerry
