Bangalore, December 01: 'I am Shiva, Parvati You', this is what Swami Nithyananda devotee said a convincing before having sex with him, alleging that they were performing an act of God, and that there was nothing immoral about it, noon reports.
A new chargesheet filed by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has revealed more details about the controversial Swami Nithyananda.
According to the chargesheet, the swami allegedly forced a woman devotee to have sex with him, claiming he was Dakshinamurthy (Shiva) and she (the victim) was Parvati, and were making a divine act.
The researchers found that Nithyananda to take one of his devotees at his ashram Bidadi to have sex with her. When the control (identity concealed) objected to his advances saying she was married, Nithyananda convinced that he is a god and there was nothing wrong with the act. He also said he would attain moksha (divinity) in the cooperation with him.
The chargesheet also mentione Nithyananda 's colorful life during his visit to Las Vegas in 2006. Witnesses confirmed that the swami visited strip clubs wearing jeans to conceal his identity
He reportedly enjoyed dancing and even women forced their followers to do the same when he returned to his room after the party. The chargesheet mentioned that not only forced the followers to dance, but also forced to have sex with him.
The chargesheet was submitted to the trial court Ramnagar and the trial is expected to begin soon.
DIG Charan Reddy, said CID officials have booked Rajashekhar alias Nityananda on charges of rape, sexual offense against nature, cheating, criminal intimidation and criminal conspiracy.
In April, officers recovered a CD with images of swami using wildlife products. These include a tiger skin, the skin of a leopard, spotted deer and a wild dog.
The chargesheet also mentions Nithyananda colorful life during his visit to Las Vegas. Apparently he visited strip clubs wearing jeans to conceal his identity.
CID investigators had revealed that routinely smuggled Nithyananda 24 carat gold in the U.S..
According to the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), used to visit the U.S. Nithyananda very often.during his visits, which used to carry objects that looked like gold.
Shortly after arriving there, is used to obtain models of objects made of 24 carat gold and bring them back to India.
"We usually have items made in the form of beads and sandals he used to return to India," reads a letter that was sent to DRI airport authorities in Bangalore.
