New York City's Education Crisis: Unqualified Leadership Supported by Chief Infectious Disease Vaccine Developer

Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg recently appointed Cathleen P. Black, as the next Chancellor of New York City's Schools. Michael Bloomberg and Cathleen P. Black are both active members of the Council on Foreign Relations. They are the Council on Foreign Relations leaders of NYC Schools, this means public and charter schools, particularly with respect to vaccinations. Neither one of them have any earned educational leadership background, certificates or licenses.
