KASUR: A man hanged his own sister for alleged illegal relations with a boy in Dhing Shah Kasur district, police sources said on Saturday.

The sources said that a young girl, identified as Nasreen Bibi, was doubted for unfair relations with a young boy on which her brother, Aslam, hanged her with a rope till death.

Police have registered a case and started investigation after sending the body to a hospital for autopsy, the sources said.

It may be added that hundreds of girls have been killed on the name of honor in Pakistan.
