President’s Day a working holiday for Obama

November 29, the last Monday of the month, has been officially declared as a non-working holiday. This was confirmed by Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte. Bonifacio day falls on November 30. This was the day he, Andres Bonifacio, the leader of the Katipunan, was born.

November 30 is a Tuesday. The government pushed its observance of this non-working day to the nearest Monday.
