Many of us suffer from the odd ache and pain in our back and don't think too much about it. However if you have constant back pain then it can be something that becomes more or less impossible to live with. The truth is that lots of us have back pain simply through sitting in the wrong position. This is often the case with people such as office workers who spend a long time sat at a desk in one position. It can be hard to get out of the habit of sitting wrongly and so we continue to have to put up with the aches and pains.
