Security persons of Taiwan searched for a missing bus which carrying 19 Chinese tourists from mountainous area stripped bare by massive mudslides unleashed by Typhoon Megi in Taiwan.

Landslides occurred due to Typhoon resulting eleven persons and some injured in Taiwan's northeast, where a record 45 inches of rain.

Two other people drowned in their flooded homes demolished in Ilan.

Total twentythree persons were missing.

Typhoon (Megi) earlier killed twentysix people and damaged homes and crops in the Philippines.

The storm was expected to come ashore midday Saturday in China's Fujian province.

Authorities have already evacuated 272,300 people from villages.
