The Hitmanand friends earns enormous success on it's first international Asian Tour stop in Japan. The shows was held in Tokyo International Forum Oct 19 & 20 with the capacity of more than 5 thousand. The sold out concert event have to be held in two nights to accommodate the huge crowd, among the performer is Charice, the Filipina singing sensation and a prized protege of legendary music Grammy award winner David Foster. Although Charice has her own album but David Foster requested her to sing his produced grammy award music such as big songs of and .
With Charice, the show included a star-studded line-up, including famed singer, American Idol, Ruben Studdard, plus the Canadian Tenors and the legend .
But the main attraction of the concert was their fellow Asian singer and Glee star Charice who earned thunderous applause every time she performs. Among of the songs such Celine's To love you More, All By Myself, Power of Love and Whitney's Bodyguard medley. The pint sized singer Charice lead the finale song of event which is Earth Song by Michael Jackson was joined later by tall singer Natalie Cole and other performers.
Charice album Pyramid was a huge success in Japan as it went certified Gold for few weeks in the charts when she launched her album a couple of months ago. Her Japanese album "Sharisu" includes an English version of Nihongo hit song 'Crescent Moon". At that time when she promoted her album in Japan she also promoting the David Foster and Friends concert tour. The anchor of Charice plays a vital role in the success of the The Hitman David Foster Asian Tour event.
Next stop of the group is Philippines on Oct. 23, Charice mania will try to rally her countrymen despite the devastating typhoon Megi that just left the country few days ago. Then on Oct. 25 in Thailand, Oct. 27 in Jakarta Indonesia, and another two night event in Singapore on Oct 29 and 30.
