With his amazingly fit physique and athletic looks, 48-year-old Herschel Walker can easily give complex to any 25-year-old pro athlete. The former NFL player, Herschel Walker has been maintaining his typical and better shape since he was in the initial stages of his career as a running back.

Although, it has been a longtime - 12 years - since Herschel Walker retired, he still follows the tough daily routine. The day in Herschel Walker's begins with 750-1000 push-ups and 2,000 sit-ups. After that, without eating any breakfast, Herschel Walker straightly goes into training for martial arts, which include wrestling, kickboxing, sparring and jujitsu.

After the hard training, Herschel Walker goes for more training. The only meal that is the part of Herschel Walker's daily routine is dinner. Moreover, Herschel Walker doesn't believe in the philosophy of taking loads of proteins, unlike other athletes. Instead, Herschel Walker prefers bread and salads.

Recently, Herschel Walker posed for ESPN - The Body Issue, baring his body that looks nothing less than that of a young athlete.
