A multimillionaire businessman and the owner of Segway Inc., James Heselden died while driving a two-wheel Segway scooter that slipped off a cliff and into the river near Westshore in northern England.
The 62-year-old James Heselden was the one who purchased the company from its inventor, Dean Kamen, since he believed too much in Segway.
Police said that Heselden was riding a rugged Segway X2 Adventure model around his property when he accidently drove off a cliff into the River Wharfe.
The dead body of Heselden was pulled off the river near the Leys Lane at Boston spa that is 140 miles north of London.
James Heselden was among the top 400 richest people living in England. He was also the founder of Hesco Bastion Company that is known for making Hesco Blast Wall System comprising of sand bags that are used in Afghanistan and Iraq.
