Popular south Indian actor Murali died at 46 due to a massive heart attack at the Ramachandra Hospital in Chennai at 4.00am on September 8. He is survived by wife Shobha, two sons Atharva & Akash, and a daughter Kavya. Murali, the son of famous Kannada film director Siddlingaiah, started his acting career with the Tamil movie Poovilangu and later starred in several Kannada films. He acted in 99 films. His first film in Kannada was Prem Parva. Some of his super-hit Kannada films are Sambavami Yuge Yuge, Ajay Vijay and Prem Gange. We also remember him for the song 'Hero Hero Naane Naane...'. Several film industry personalities and political members came to pay tributes to this wonderful actor. Thousands of Murali’s fans, who are currently staying in different countries, were shocked when they viewed his death news on Allvoices.
