The case of Natascha Kampusch - Part 5

Natascha Kampusch, who locked in a cellar in Austria for eight years, finally revealing abuse, experienced while in the hands of her abductors.

In her book, she recounted how she was beaten, up to 200 times a week, chained to her captors, when they slept together in bed the kidnapper and is forced to shave her head, and also worked half-naked as domestic slave. Kampusch, now 22 years old, was kidnapped at age 10 by Wolfgang Priklopil and imprisoned in the basement, beneath the man's garage in Austria.

Her book, entitled 3096 Days, to refer to the amount of time she was held captive, to be published on Wednesday. To launch the book, Kampusch reportedly will make money one million pounds.

"I now feel strong enough to tell a complete story of my kidnapping," she said. She wrote that Priklopil forced to call him as "my lord" or "Maestro". While for her, Priklopil said, "You are no longer Natascha. Now you're mine."

She claims she was beaten so badly by Priklopil, the man was even broken bones. "He hates, if pain makes me cry. Then he had over me in my throat, pulled me to the sink, pushing my head under water and squeezed my throat, until I almost lost consciousness. I also clearly remember the rattling sound in my spine, when Priklopil hitting my head repeatedly with his fist. "

In her book, published serialized in the Daily Mail, Kampusch writing about trauma, lack of contact with humans. "I was a kid, and I need a touch of affection. So, after several months in the cellar, I ask the kidnappers to hug me. It is very difficult. I became short of breath because of panic when he hugged me too tight. After several attempts, we managed to do it-not too close, not too tight but enough, so I can imagine the feelings of a loving touch, attention. "

She also told as Telegraph reported on Monday (6 / 9), how Priklopil forced to share a bed with her. "When I was 14, I spent the night, on the ground for the first time. I lay in bed, rigid with fear, when he lay down beside me and tied my wrists with plastic handcuffs. I'm not allowed to make noise."

"When I feel his breath on the back of my neck, I tried to move as little as possible. My back, which is due to be beaten black and blue, so sick that I could not lie down on it, and the shackles that my skin hurt. But when he handcuffed me on those nights, it's not about sex. People who have hit me and locked me in the cellar, have something else in mind: he just wants something to cuddle. "

That book, too, expressed despair that forced her to attempt suicide several times. "I know, I can not spend my entire life like this. There's only one way out: suicide. At the age of 14 years, I have tried several times to strangle myself with items of clothing. At the age of 15, I tried the wrist my hand with a large sewing needle. "

"Another time, I piled up paper and rolls of toilet paper into my electric stove.'s Underground prison, and I was filled with smoke gently drifting on currents, running away from life that no longer belongs to me."

Publication of the book, will be embarrassing the government of Austria, as a member of parliament said that the police ignored the information that could prevent her caged. Kampusch escaped at the age of 18 years on August 23, 2006. Aware that the police will catch him, Priklopil (44 years) committed suicide by jumping into the tracks
