A video surfaced online that shows a girl throwing puppies into a river. There is no available information who is the person doing such cruel acts nor information where the event happened.

The video poster notes this in the information section:

"We can determine from the picture so few things.

One, based on assumption, she probably has a facebook account, no matter what country they're in.

Two, she is 5ft 6in-5ft 8in, blond, eye color unknown, Caucasian

She has something written upside-down on her red sweater, barely legible, might be of assistance if it's the product of a local store."

Too bad, the video has been removed for violation, well anyway, the girl needs some spanking and be lectured how to care and be kind to animals. What happened to the puppies anyway? Put the video back please...want to watch it...curious.

I in no way think that it is okay that the girl is throwing the puppies, but remember, this is all based on her upbringing. It sounds like she is foreign when she speaks it is not English. I know when I was little, the rednecks in our village used to drown kittens in a pillowcase because the cats were always getting pregnant. We got our cats fixed, but these people had no idea it was wrong. Like how we would squash a fly, or poison a mouse, they can kill kittens and puppies. It broke my heart to see this video, but at the same time, I wonder if her family didn't send her out to dispose of the puppies. If it isn't America, they might not have people who actually want puppies or a social system to support the care of them.

A very very sick individual, whatever her circumstances are, the human in her should tell her this is so so wrong! And what about the mother to the pups? God knows what conditions she is living in, if indeed she is still alive, she must have been frantic searching for her pups.
