How long did it take to find the woman?

Four months.

The search for Billie Jean came to an end after authorities found her corpse under all the junk collected in the 'pack rat's' house in Las Vegas.

Police had checked the house multiple times-even using dogs that had located bodies in other disasters such as September 11th and Katrina.

This incident has revealed what tremendous environmental challenges these canines have faced.

The ladies specific cause of death has not been determined, and authorities are still wondering how her corpse managed to keep from smelling terribly.

Every year, few deaths are attributed to hoarding.
